Also, coli.E bacteria, which are found in drinking water, indicate that the purification process is drinking water Incomplete or a state of pollution after the lab, or some pollutants are transferred to the pipe networks As well as the number of types of bacteria that cause diseases in humans and living organisms through Direct and indirect consumption. Therefore, these species were investigated in the laboratory in order to be detected, treated and quantified species growth. But my work was stopped due to the conditions that the country was going through from the outbreak of the Corona pandemic I can complete the practical side and get results تم التحري عن المياه الملوثه التي تؤثر سلبآ على الكائنات الحيه وتجعل المياه غير صالحه لالستخدامات المطلوبه وتسبب له االمراض مثآل بكتريا salmanall التي تؤدي اصابه بمرض الحمى التايفي ,بكتريا shigella تسبب امراض االسهال كما تسبب بكتريا coli.E التي تسبب القيء واالسهال .كذالك انواع مختلفه من البكتريا وغيرها امراض المختلفه نتيجه للتعامل مع المياه المولوثه بالصرف الصحي , سواء بالشرب اواالستخدام وكذالك مياه الري لسقي المنتجات الزراعيه او جراء التسرب من االراضي التي تعامل مع المبيدات هذه تؤثر على االنسان وتسبب له تاثيرات على الجهاز التنفسي والجلد والعين . كذالك بكتريا coli.E التي توجد في مياه الشرب تدل على ان عمليه التنقيه المياه الشرب غير كامله او حدوث حاله تلوث بعد المعمله اوجخول بعض الملوثات الى شبكات االنابيب وكذالك عدد انواع البكتريا التي تسبب امراض االنسان والكائنات الحيه عن طريق استهالك مباشره وغير مباشره . فلذالك تم التحري على هذه االنواع مختبريا لكي يتم الكشف عنها ومعالجتها ومعرفه كميه نمو االنواع فيها . و لذالك تم جمع نماذج لمياه الشرب المزوده للمواطنين في خمسه مناطق في محافظه بغداد وهي : السيديه ,ابو غريب ,الحارثيه ,حي العامل ,شركات التعبه )اللؤلؤه _ الكوثر ( . واستغرقت فتره الدراسه خمسه شهور من شهر كانون الثاني ولغايه شهر حزيران من العام 2020 .استخدمت في دراسه تقنيه النشر في طريقه الزراعة على االطباق وقد تم التركيز في هذه الدراسه على البكتريا المرضيه ذات تأثيرات صحيه السيئه على االنسان وخاصه حاالت االسهال الشديد والتي يعتبر الماء وسيله انتقالها . ولكن شغل العملي توقف بسب االوضاع التي مر بيها البلد من تفشي جائحت كورونا لم استطيع اكمل الجانب العملي واحصل على النتائج
