| ملخص | the study is concerned with evaluation of pharmaceutical industry of four different generic companies of amlodipine (5mg) tablet registered and marketed in iraq , by four pharmaceutical companies . the pharmaceutical industry of four different companies of amlodipine (5mg) tablet were assessed through evaluation of (weight variation , friability test , hardness test , disintegration test) that manufactured as tablets for human use . The evaluation of product quality based on it is success in evaluation tests. Result of assay tests regardless the price of the product it self showed that only two generic companies (Micro and Actavis) were considered optimum companies pharmaceutically industrially and they are compliant with the British pharmacopeia B.P , except ( Ajanta and Bristol) generic companies were considered not accepted because failed in one parameter of evaluation tests. تهتم الدراسة بتقييم صناعة الأدوية لأربع شركات أدوية جنيسة مختلفة من أقراص أملوديبين (5 ملغ) مسجلة ومسوقة في العراق من قبل أربع شركات أدوية. تم تقييم الصناعة الصيدلانية لأربع شركات مختلفة من أقراص أملوديبين (5 ملغ) من خلال تقييم (تباين الوزن ، اختبار التفتيت ، اختبار الصلابة ، اختبار التفكك) التي يتم تصنيعها كأقراص للاستخدام البشري. تقييم جودة المنتج بناءً على نجاح اختبارات التقييم. أظهرت نتيجة اختبارات الفحص بغض النظر عن سعر المنتج أن شركتين عامتين فقط (Micro و Actavis) تعتبران من الشركات المثلى صناعياً صيدلانياً وهما متوافقتان مع دستور الأدوية البريطاني BP ، باستثناء شركتي (Ajanta و Bristol) العامة التي تم اعتبارهما غير. تم قبولها بسبب فشلها في معلمة واحدة من اختبارات التقييم |
