| ملخص | "Aim of this pilot to assess the public’s attitudes towards the community pharmacist’s role in Iraq, to show the public’s view Toward community pharmacy and determine wither the public trust and take the advice from the pharmacist services by asking the patients about their reasons for visiting the pharmacy, the factors that make them choose particular pharmacy, frequency of their community pharmacy visits and their reasons for approaching the pharmacists before the physician Material and method: Three community pharmacies were randomly selected. The investigators visited the selected pharmacies on different days of the week and at different times of the days. The study objectives are members of the public how are Patients 20 years of age and over who were able to communicate. Data collection took place over a 5 weeks period during normal day time Result: we found high percentage of the public look to the pharmacist as corner center regarding taking advice and to know some information about specific drugs or certain disease but there is a good proportion said there is a problem which is a lack of privacy make them prefer the doctor over the pharmacist Conclusion: regardless the positive opinions about the community pharmacy, there is somethings that should the pharmacist fix it such as barriers, business and lack of privacy" "تهدف هذه التجربة إلى تقييم مواقف الجمهور تجاه دور الصيدلي المجتمعي في العراق ، لتوضيح ذلك وجهة نظر الجمهور تجاه صيدلية المجتمع وتحدد بثقة الجمهور وأخذ النصيحة من خدمات الصيدلي عن طريق سؤال المرضى عن أسباب زيارتهم للصيدلية والعوامل التي تجعلهم يختارون صيدلية معينة ، وتواتر زياراتهم للصيدلة المجتمعية وأسبابهم لمراجعة الصيادلة قبل الطبيب " |
