The Deanship of Al-Rashid University College, represented by the Dean, Professor Dr. Maitham Handal Sharif, extends its warmest congratulations and best wishes to our dear students on the occasion of the start of the new academic year 2023-2024 and the return to study, wishing them an academic year crowned with success and excellence.
